What if flowers had the power to change everything?
There are moments in life when everything seems to fall apart at once.
In 2023, I lost my father. A few weeks later, an accident left me bedridden. My body was broken, my heart inconsolable, and I no longer knew how to move forward.
Then one day, at the bottom of a medicine box, my fingers found a small bottle: Star of Bethlehem, the flower of comfort. I had bought it years earlier, almost out of curiosity. That day, it was waiting for me.
What happened next is difficult to explain rationally. Subtly, gently, something inside me began to loosen. The trauma slowly started to dissolve. And a certainty emerged: my life was about to take a new path.
My name is Sabrina Mlynarczyk, and I am a Flower of Bach Practitioner certified by the Bach Centre. My path toward the flowers is not that of a theorist.
It is the path of a woman who has gone through autoimmune illness — Hashimoto’s thyroiditis — professional burnout, and grief, and who searched, often by trial and error, to understand why her body and soul had become so out of balance.
For many years, I have been passionate about natural medicine: essential oils, homeopathy, nutrition, and personal development. Through my own experiences, I learned that the body, soul, and mind form an inseparable whole — and that neglecting one inevitably weakens the others.
It is this deep conviction that led me to undertake rigorous training through the three levels of the Bach Centre: discovery of the 38 Bach flowers, advanced study, and practitioner training — with particular attention to listening, neutrality, and respect for each person’s individual rhythm.
My other life, as a teaching assistant supporting children with disabilities, has taught me what truly matters: listening without judging, welcoming without imposing, and supporting without rushing ahead. These are exactly the qualities I now bring to my consultations.
If you are reading these lines, perhaps you feel that something is not quite right, without always knowing why. Perhaps you carry a sadness, a fatigue, or a doubt that slowly settles in. Perhaps you too are searching for a gentler path back to yourself.
Flowers of Bach do not heal in your place. They simply remind you of who you truly are, deep within.
And I am here to accompany you on that journey back to yourself — with kindness, discretion, and the sincerity of a woman who herself was once helped by a small flower at the bottom of a medicine box.
“To harmonize our conduct in this life with the wishes of our soul is truly a great achievement.”
— Dr. Edward Bach
