Terms and Payment Methods
Payment by cheque and cash are the only methods of payment accepted for consultation sessions. Payment must be made no later than the day before the appointment.
An invoice will be issued for every service and sent by email or by post.
If you are unable to attend, any previously scheduled appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Each session includes the personalised consultation, the preparation of your custom-made bottle, and guidance on how to use it in your daily life.
Video consultations are available throughout France.
